New backpack and earrings
I found this really awesome backpack and cute earrings on this online store. The backpack is perfect for school, it fits all my stuff and even has pockets for my water bottle. The earrings are sparkly and they make me feel fancy whenever I wear them. I really enjoy shopping here because they have a lot of cute things to pick from!

Jersey purchase
I ordered a jersey from the website but they didn't have it in stock. BTO Sports got in touch with me and gave me the option of a refund or a different jersey. I inquired about a pricier jersey and was willing to pay the extra cost, but they insisted on covering it for me. It was a really good experience overall.

I recently bought something from this store and I gotta say, it wasn't great. The ad outside said buy 1 get 50% off, but turns out it was only for specific jeans. When I asked where those jeans were, the staff had no clue. That kind of misleading advertising is just not cool and it really soured my view of the place. Felt like a total scam, so I won't be going back after feeling so ripped off.
