Workwear Jacket Purchase
My experience with the company has been really disappointing. Last year, I ordered a workwear jacket and got the wrong size. I tried reaching out to customer service to return it, but they were unavailable and didn't respond for weeks. After many tries, I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. This year, I thought I'd give them another shot and placed another order. But even though they charged my card right away, they never shipped the item. Once again, trying to get in touch with customer service has been useless, claiming they're unavailable for two weeks. The lack of communication and resolution from this company has been terrible, and I regret giving them a second chance. It's frustrating to see such bad customer service from a company that should put the customers' satisfaction first.

Custom formulated hair care products
I just bought some fancy personalized hair stuff from this company. I went with a simple shampoo and conditioner, and added a hair mask too. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The shampoo foams up nicely and cleans my hair really well with only a little bit, and the conditioner is light but works great on my fine hair. Overall, I'm super happy with my order and would totally suggest these products to others.
