Once again, trying to get in touch with customer service has been useless, claiming they're unavailable for two weeks. The lack of communication and resolution from this company has been terrible, and I regret giving them a second chance. It's frustrating to see such bad customer service from a company that should put the customers' satisfaction first.

I just bought some fancy personalized hair stuff from this company. I went with a simple shampoo and conditioner, and added a hair mask too. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The shampoo foams up nicely and cleans my hair really well with only a little bit, and the conditioner is light but works great on my fine hair.
