    READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - SCAM ALERT
    BEWARE! Do not use this company at all for booking anything. They do not take responsibility for any services they provide.
    They also charge "Mediation Fees" which are non-refundable, even when there is absolutely nothing you can do as a customer.

    Here is my example. I booked a flight for 3 people from Montreal to Calgary leaving Feb 15, returning Feb 22nd. BOTH flights were canceled by the airline, with no re-booking until APRIL, 2023... So the airline refunded e-dreams on January 17 2023. I am on the phone with them now, on February 13 2023 still fighting for my refund. BUT WAIT! They are going to give me some refund, but not all of it. Why you ask? Great question. Well it is because... they cannot give a reason whatsoever.
    This is a scam service, through and through. They will not give a reason, even a bad one, for not giving me a full refund. I had nothing to do with the cancellation of these flights, yet they are keeping a pile of money, just because. ...Update - they are keeping the additional money for, get this... CHECKED BAGS... Checked bags on a flight that no longer exists. Be careful, do not use this company

    Academy free trial... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

    Signed up for a free trial, and before the end of the trial requested multiple times to cancel my subscription so it would not renew. Still ended up being charged a renewal after the first month. Also, the fact you have to ring during limited office hours to cancel, even though all it does is connect you to an automated response is appalling.

    Almost impossible to get hold of due to limited customer service channels (no direct contact through phone or live chat) you're only able to request them to call you.

    Once speaking to a member of their 'retention team' they refused to refund their mistake. After telling them that numerous people have had the same issue with them, they belittled their user base saying that it was people making mistakes, insulting their former members. I was told I was 'angry' despite remaining calm, again basically being insulted by the operative.

    They have zero care for their customer base and just see each person as dollar signs. They make it difficult to contact them, and then when you do, the operative on the other line has zero genuine care for their issue.

    Note they have been found to manipulate review scores in the past as more evidence of their shady behaviour.

    WOW!! I had the exact same thing happen to me.
    Just typed in 'Shaw Academy scam' to see if anybody else had the same problem I had.
    They took £45 from my bank with no receipt, and now that I am trying to dispute it they are refusing to call me.

    Just shocked at how many people actually are just willing to give people you don't know your credit card information online ..do you people not read the news or watch the news???? online you just put your credit card number in.. I was also sent the same message but before I even give God my credit card number information I'm going to read the reviews and review all the BBC an accredited appropriate sites before I hand anybody over my information ..I guess everybody has to live and learn..
