Anti-aging skincare products
Let's be honest here - I was a bit worried about trying another skincare brand that claims to be anti-aging, but Aiona really exceeded my expectations. The products are so fancy and they actually work, leaving my skin feeling and looking wonderful. I appreciate that they're made with natural ingredients and don't have any toxins. The silver carp collagen seems to really help with firmness and elasticity. And the fact that they offer free shipping and a refund policy is awesome. I ran into a little problem where I got billed twice on my card for an order that didn't actually go through. I reached out to customer support on chat and Tina helped me out. Booking email error
I can't believe the nightmare I had to endure with this company. All because of a silly typo in my email address when booking, it turned into a whole day of chaos. I reached out to customer service for help with changing my email, but they were completely useless. They couldn't do a thing to assist me, leaving me unable to receive important emails from the property I booked with. Even when I tried contacting the property directly, their customer service was just as terrible - no phone support for future bookings and emails weren't even getting through. Dealing with this mess was a total waste of my time and energy, and I'll never use this site again. As someone who regularly arranges travel as an Executive Assistant, I'll make sure to tell all my colleagues to stay far away from this unprofessional and incompetent service.
