Lawn mower purchase
I gotta be honest, my time dealing with this company was a total letdown. Ordering was a headache - the website was a mess to navigate, and customer service was seriously lacking. And when I did finally place my order, the prices were way too high compared to other places. To top it off, my delivery was delayed multiple times without any updates or clear communication. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting to buy outdoor power equipment.

Birthday gift purchase
I bought a blanket for a friend's birthday, but it never showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all and wouldn't give me any answers. I had to go through the trouble of filing a chargeback with my credit card company. It was really disappointing and annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Christian Louboutin shoes return
I had a terrible time dealing with Selfridges & Co. I wanted to send back a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes I bought online, which cost a lot of money. But returning them was a total nightmare. Even though I did everything they said for the return, Selfridges somehow lost my package. I called and emailed so many times, but all I got were useless promises and no solution. I had to open a Paypal dispute in the end just to try to get my money back. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I won't be buying from Selfridges & Co. again, that's for sure.
