Even though I did everything they said for the return, Selfridges somehow lost my package. I called and emailed so many times, but all I got were useless promises and no solution. I had to open a Paypal dispute in the end just to try to get my money back. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I won't be buying from Selfridges & Co. again, that's for sure.
