Review about: Babylist
Price comparison feature good, but customer service and delivery not great.
I really didn't like using this website. The price comparison thing was cool, but that's where the good stuff stops. If you end up buying from another store through Babylist, you're pretty much on your own if you need help with tracking or customer service. On top of that, it takes forever to get your order from Babylist, and a bunch of the stuff is super pricey compared to other places. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this website for your one and only baby registry.

Shipping upgrade
I just bought something online and totally forgot to pick the faster shipping option. But then I remembered I needed it for a special event coming up. I contacted customer service to see if I could upgrade my shipping, and it was so easy. It cost a bit extra, but it was totally worth it to make sure I got my order on time. Carmen, the customer service rep, was amazing. She was professional and got everything sorted out quickly. Dealing with her made the whole thing super smooth and stress-free.

I gotta say, I had such a great time shopping at Milanoo. The folks in the online chat were super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect styles for my order.
