Timeless suits and tailored shirts
The service I got at this store was top-notch. The person helping me, who I won't say their name, spent a bunch of time helping me out and giving me good suggestions. I was super impressed by how they really tailored the service to me. They even went the extra mile by reminding me about my loyalty points before they expired. Shopping at this place has been awesome all thanks to their amazing service.

Disappointed with false shipping promises
I recently bought something from this company and honestly, I'm pretty upset about how they handled the shipping. They told me it would be fast, but it ended up being late and the tracking info was all wrong. On top of that, they charged me way too much for expedited delivery that never even happened. I feel like they tricked me and ripped me off, and I'm not cool with it. This is definitely the last time I'm buying from them. I expect honesty and respect from the places I give my money to, and that's not what I got here, unfortunately.

Ticket to Disneyland
My partner and I got our tickets to Disneyland from Isango! and it was amazing. We had so much fun at the theme park. The whole booking process was super simple and smooth, and the service we got from the company was great. The prices were fair, and we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. The tickets arrived quickly, and we didn't have any problems at all. All in all, our time with Isango! was awesome, and we'd totally suggest it to anyone looking to get tickets for attractions.

Business checks
I bought some business checks from this company not long ago and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with how things went. Setting up my order and getting the checks just right was a bit of a hassle, and it really got on my nerves. And let me tell you, when I finally got the checks, they were a lot longer than I expected. Every time I tried to tear one out, the corners would just rip off. It was so annoying! I ended up having to chuck out 13 checks because of this issue, which was a total waste of my time and money. All in all, I was really disappointed with the quality of the checks, and I won't be ordering from this company again.

Dress
I bought a dress from this store not long ago and man, was I let down by the service. I dropped a good chunk of change on it, but the product I got just didn't cut it for me. And to top it off, when I tried to return it and reached out to customer service, they told me they don't do returns. That kind of rigidity and poor customer service is just not cool and it's definitely left me feeling pretty disappointed.
