My experience with Happy Box was like a rollercoaster. It was pretty easy and enjoyable to customize, so I could make a great gift for my friend's birthday. But I was kinda let down by the customer service - my questions went unanswered for days. Even so, the prices were fair for the good stuff in the box. When my order finally showed up, it was even better than I expected. So, the wait was sort of worth it in the end.

I was really pumped to stumble upon some super nice and reasonably priced frames at DiscountGlasses. But, only 5 months in, my glasses unexpectedly bit the dust. I baby my specs so it was a major bummer. The deals are awesome, but they gotta step up their game on the quality front.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with the customer support at this company. The products are alright, but I gotta caution you about their lack of communication. I've been trying to sort out a refund for a delivery mix-up for weeks now, and I haven't heard a peep from them. It's frustrating and just not cool.

I had a weird thing happen with this watch store. I had to send them an email to make sure my order went through because it didn't confirm right away. They wrote back to me in a personal way, so I thought everything was okay. But then, I started getting a bunch of confirmation emails for some reason. Eventually, they told me that some of my order was actually out of stock, even though it said it was in stock when I bought it. They suggested a different, more expensive item as a replacement. I ended up just canceling the whole order. They were nice, but not super organized.
