Several items listed as in stock but never shipped
I just wanted to chat about a recent online shopping experience I had. The website is super easy to use and has some great deals. But the thing is, I keep running into a problem with items showing as in stock but never actually getting shipped out to me. They tell me it'll be 1-2 days for shipping, but a bunch of my orders have been stuck in the processing stage for way longer. When I reach out to customer service, they always say they're waiting on stock and will ship it out when they get it. But there have been times when I've had orders in processing for 3-4 months with no updates at all. I've ended up cancelling a bunch of orders because the items just never seem to come back in stock. It's happened a few times now, so it's becoming a bit of a pattern.

I really liked the variety of physical media and pop culture merch they had at this store. Their website was super easy to use, and I liked how simple the app was. Zavvi did a great job of keeping me updated on when things were back in stock, and their prices were pretty good. All in all, I had a good time shopping there.
Fast delivery and subpar packaging
The delivery came really fast, which was a nice change from before. But I was let down by the packaging. When you're spending a lot of money on something, you'd hope it would be packed well to make sure it doesn't get damaged.
Funko pops purchase
Was a bit hesitant to order at first cause of the bad reviews, but decided to go for it and ordered some Funko pops. The delivery came really fast and everything arrived in great shape. Really pleased with what I got!

The website layout is a disaster, eh? There's no clear sections for different product types, no easy way to find deals or discounts, and it's all about specific brands instead of categories. And don't even get me started on the delivery charge of £1.99 for all orders - what a rip-off! Other companies offer free shipping over a certain amount, ya know? They gotta step up their game and improve the organization of their website, for sure!
Blu-ray purchase
I had a pretty good time shopping on the website. The customer service was really helpful, and they fixed any problems right away. The shipping was quick, but some things didn't look too good when they arrived. In general, I was happy with the service, and I might order from them again down the road.
I ordered a package for my son's birthday
Oh man, I ordered this awesome gift for my son's birthday back on the 17th of May, but it's already the 30th of May and it still hasn't shown up yet! I'm so disappointed and really starting to get antsy waiting for it!
