CommunicationI bought 3 things from this store, eh, and one of them got canceled without telling me, bummer. This has actually happened before with this store, so I'm pretty cheesed off about it. Like, why can't they just give me a heads up? It's super annoying to find out something I paid for is a no-go without warning, eh. I thought this store was better than that, but I guess not. I hope they get their act together and start talking to their customers better, eh.
About Zavvi
Zavvi is a retail company specializing in entertainment media products, including movies, video games, and music. It was originally established in 2007 after the Virgin Group sold its Virgin Megastores division to a management buy-out, which rebranded the stores under the Zavvi name. The company was the UK's largest independent entertainment retailer before it went into administration in December 2008. Following its collapse, the Zavvi brand was purchased by The Hut Group in 2009, which transitioned the company from a traditional brick-and-mortar retailer to an online-only retailer, focusing on a wide range of entertainment products, along with clothing and technology goods.
