Returns & RefundsThey keep messing up my order! Out of the last 3 orders I made, only one was right. That's not cool at all! So now I have to ask for a refund because they took the wrong amount of money again. I'm also going to ask for a refund for my last order too. It's like they don't even pay attention!

Returns & RefundsSorry, eh, but I got a steelbook that's all scratched up. So I contacted customer service and sent some pics, but they said they couldn't replace it 'cause it's all sold out. I'm really let down by that. Returning it has been a huge pain - the link they gave me was wonky, so I had to get my son to sort it out. And even then, it wouldn't take my postal code. This whole thing has been pretty stressful for me 'cause I'm not the best with tech stuff. Hopefully leaving this review will help me get some better help.
