I just bought something online from this company and unfortunately, the delivery was a bit of a mess. They use a third-party delivery service and it's been causing a lot of problems with getting packages on time. The drivers seem to have trouble with logistics, which results in packages being late or even missing. When I reached out to customer service about the issue, their response was slow and didn't seem like they were in a rush to fix things. All in all, I was pretty let down by the level of service I received.

It was real simple to find and order the Blu-rays online. This was my first time pre-ordering from this store, and they're gonna charge and ship them out once the Blu-rays come out. The delivery usually takes about 3 days through Royal Mail.

I just wanted to chat about a recent online shopping experience I had. The website is super easy to use and has some great deals. But the thing is, I keep running into a problem with items showing as in stock but never actually getting shipped out to me. They tell me it'll be 1-2 days for shipping, but a bunch of my orders have been stuck in the processing stage for way longer. When I reach out to customer service, they always say they're waiting on stock and will ship it out when they get it. But there have been times when I've had orders in processing for 3-4 months with no updates at all. I've ended up cancelling a bunch of orders because the items just never seem to come back in stock. It's happened a few times now, so it's becoming a bit of a pattern.

The delivery came really fast, which was a nice change from before. But I was let down by the packaging. When you're spending a lot of money on something, you'd hope it would be packed well to make sure it doesn't get damaged.

Was a bit hesitant to order at first cause of the bad reviews, but decided to go for it and ordered some Funko pops. The delivery came really fast and everything arrived in great shape. Really pleased with what I got!

Oh man, I ordered this awesome gift for my son's birthday back on the 17th of May, but it's already the 30th of May and it still hasn't shown up yet! I'm so disappointed and really starting to get antsy waiting for it!
