Returns & RefundsI just bought a sign from this company as a b-day present for my girlfriend, but when it showed up, one of the letters was all wonky because it wasn't glued right. I reached out to the company about it, and they were super quick to fix it and send me a new sign for free. They even said they'd send me a birthday gift, but I don't have any deets or an order number for it yet. The new sign is exactly what I wanted - it's perfect. Props to them for sorting it out so fast and effortlessly.

ProductI received the sign, it looks amazing! However, we had some trouble trying to turn it on. We assumed that plugging it in would do the trick, but nope! It turns out there were no batteries included, and we didn't realize we needed them.
