Kitchen-table verdict
Servicehe couldn’t download a new watch face from the store. The watch itself works fine, battery lasts longer than I expected and the step tracking actually helps him stay active, so that was a pleasant surprise. But getting help was a mess. I logged a support ticket and two weeks later got a boilerplate reply asking for invoice, order number, IMEI, SIM details, photos, screenshots… basically every bit of paperwork you can imagine. No troubleshooting tips, no "try this," just a list. Delivery was okay and on time, so props there, but the customer support felt slow and overly formal — like bouncing through an admin maze. If you value decent aftercare, be warned; otherwise it’s usable gear.
