Bundle of cards and wrapping paper
I found this amazing company that totally changed how I do cards and gift wrapping for birthdays and Christmas. They had a great selection of cards, you could pick individual ones or get sets, and the designs were top-notch. I got a few sets and they were so good. It was fun picking them out because there were so many great options. I also got some Christmas card sets, and it was a game-changer. No more dealing with packs of cards where only a few are good! I was surprised to find one of the styles I wanted was out of stock, but the customer service team fixed it right away. They gave me a replacement card and even added two extra ones for free. That kind of service is hard to find nowadays, I was really impressed. The cards and wrapping paper were amazing quality and had such a good variety. The prices were reasonable, much better than what you'd see in stores. Overall, my experience with this company was fantastic and I'll definitely be coming back.

I came across this great store in Newquay that had some really awesome cards, and they even had a website. I ended up ordering 11 cards for just £10, and they were all so cute and well-made. Art prints and cards
The art prints and cards I bought were awesome, really top quality stuff. But man, dealing with customer service was a real bummer. I had a problem with my order and needed help, but the person I talked to was so uninterested and rude. I just gave up trying to fix things and ended up losing some cash. It's too bad that amazing products like these get overshadowed by crappy customer service.
Purchased during Boxing Day sale
I bought something during the Boxing Day sale at 7am, then they went and cancelled my order at 10am the next day. They said I asked for it, but I never did. When I tried to buy it again, they were sold out. I was so let down and annoyed. I really like their stuff, but their customer service was so bad. Making sure orders are fulfilled is pretty basic, and they really dropped the ball on that one.
Bought 2 cards
So, eh, I ordered 2 cards a week ago, and they still haven't been sent out, you know? The person I emailed said it was fine, but my friend's birthday is coming up soon and now the card won't get there on time. Not cool, eh?
Christmas cards and birthday cards
I bought some Christmas and birthday cards from this store recently. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the Christmas cards were missing. I got in touch with customer service and they said they would send replacements. After waiting for a few days and not getting anything, I called again. They said the cards were on their way, but still nothing came. Eventually, after a bunch of phone calls, the cards were sent out again and I finally got them. The first replacements never arrived and I was really disappointed with how everything went down. It's definitely made me not too keen on buying stuff from this store in the future.

I had to call customer service to ask about it, and they said that some items were out of stock, which is why it was taking so long. I don't want to be negative, but if you're having issues with your cards or delivery, don't waste your time reaching out to customer service. It's like talking to a brick wall! I ended up being overcharged for cards that never arrived, and the process of getting a refund or replacements has been a total nightmare. It's really frustrating because their cards are so nice, and I used to buy them every year. I think next time I'll opt for cheaper cards. They might not be as fancy, but at least I'll actually receive what I paid for!

I went to the store and bought some prints on sale. When I got home, I realized I already had one of them. So I called the store to see if I could exchange it for a different one. But they said no way, Jose! I was so mad, you wouldn't believe it. They didn't tell me about this dumb policy when I was there. What a rip-off!
