Subscription box wines
I got my subscription box today and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the packaging was and how well the bottles were protected. But when my family and I tasted three of the wines, we noticed that they all tasted and looked quite similar. It seems like they might just be putting the same wine in different bottles with different names. It's kind of a letdown to spend money on a variety of wines only to realize they might not be as different as we thought.

Overcharged on cards
I don't want to be negative, but if you're having issues with your cards or delivery, don't waste your time reaching out to customer service. It's like talking to a brick wall! I ended up being overcharged for cards that never arrived, and the process of getting a refund or replacements has been a total nightmare. It's really frustrating because their cards are so nice, and I used to buy them every year. I think next time I'll opt for cheaper cards. They might not be as fancy, but at least I'll actually receive what I paid for!
