Defective Vase
Defective Vase
ProductSo, we got this fancy vase as a wedding gift for our Son and Daughter In-Law, but it was a real letdown. After just a few months, a chip popped up, making it look bad and totally useless. When we tried to ask about any warranty, turns out there's none in the US. In Australia, though, they offer a one year replacement deal for customers. Their response saying the vase is just for show, not actual use, really got us frustrated and disappointed. Seems like this brand cares more about looks than quality or durability. We ended up having to shell out more money to get a replacement from a different company that actually stands by their stuff.
