DeliveryI bought something online and paid extra for faster shipping. But, it didn't come when it was supposed to. I tried emailing customer service, but didn't get any response. It's really disappointing and not cool that they didn't bother getting back to me. So, I had to buy another gift and pay to send back the first one. This whole thing has made me annoyed and not happy with their service at all.
