DeliveryI paid extra for express delivery, but my item arrived a week late because of covid. Other companies have no problem with express delivery. They refunded me $30, but the gift didn't arrive on time. If they offer express delivery, they should honor it.

DeliveryEh, so get this, I got this awesome backpack from this online store, and man, I was so excited to use it for school and everything. But then, like, twice in a row, I didn't get everything I ordered! The first time, this really nice lady sorted it out and gave me a refund. But the second time, they totally brushed me off! They blamed the shipping for my missing item, but come on, the box was in perfect shape - they just forgot to pack my stuff. So not cool, definitely not reliable.
