App & PortalI need to say I'm quite disappointed with the new Harry Potter line that just launched. I love Vera Bradley and Harry Potter, so I was really excited to get some items from the collection. But the website kept crashing, and I had trouble placing an order. Then when I tried to reach customer service for help, the line was down too. It was so frustrating that the company wasn't prepared, and I ended up feeling irritated and let down. It's too bad that such a fun shopping experience turned into a stressful one because of their poor planning.
