Then I sent a quick follow-up email (didn't want to call), and within a day they sent exact measurements and a short note explaining why it wasn't listed originally. Not perfect, but better than silence. The bag arrived faster than I expected and fits the way they described. Price felt fair. Service could be smoother, sure, but the actual product and delivery won me over. So yeah, started off doubtful — ended up satisfied. I might shop here again, especially if they tidy up that product info.
