Returns & Refundsyou pick the wrong size and suddenly you’re paying full freight back to China, with the company putting all responsibility on you. That jump in cost can be ridiculous, sometimes three times what you paid. It feels like a dodge to avoid returns. So buy carefully, I guess, and warn friends.

Returns & Refundstheir emails say refunds were issued to my card, but my bank shows nothing. I’ve messaged customer support about seven times and keep getting the same screenshot, no real tracing number. Ordering and delivery were smooth though, so I’m hopeful they’ll sort it soon.
