I tore into the box the day it arrived and right away I was poking at the dresses — the cotton blend felt soft, light and actually hung nicely on me. I’d bought from their Singapore store before, so I expected similar, and on first try the fit and finish were pleasant. One frock had a small seam issue though; I messaged customer service and they replied quickly, polite and sorted it without drama. Their English was clear and the whole back-and-forth felt friendly. Pretty happy overall — will keep buying online and pop in-store when I can.

I first noticed this jacket on a colleague’s commute and a friend nudged me to buy it online. I was sceptical — shipping from overseas and all that — but went ahead. The fabric is lighter than I expected, more like thin nylon on the outside, but it’s insulated enough to keep me warm on chilly walks. Sleeves fit well, pockets are deep enough for my phone, zipper feels a bit stiff at first but smooths out after a couple uses. It arrived squashed in a ball — annoying — but a day on a hanger and it bounced back. The return rules are confusing (China or Nebraska, at your cost), which still bugs me, but since I didn’t need to return it I’m actually glad I bought it. Overall pleased, a few quirks but it works for everyday use.
