I was folding the bags on my couch when I glanced at the receipt and felt that little click of annoyance — they’d charged me for an extra item. I’d bought eight things, paid at the self‑checkout with a staff member helping, and only noticed the mismatch at home. Two days later I found a different price tag tucked into one of the pockets, which made me wonder who was rushing at the till. I emailed and phoned a few times; at first it felt like I was being brushed off, that classic customer-is-wrong vibe. After a couple of messages though they sorted it — refund showed up, and someone admitted the mistake. The clothes themselves? Nice. Soft, true to size, washed well, and comfy to wear. I went from annoyed and sceptical to actually pretty pleased, even if the store could be more careful at checkout.
