ServiceI recently bought some travel sets that were on sale - BOGO style. I was pretty stoked about the deal so I went ahead and ordered, but when my package arrived, I only got one bag instead of the two I was expecting. I tried reaching out to customer service by email to sort things out, but their response was a bummer - they didn't honor the BOGO deal at all. Feeling a bit let down, I decided to give it another shot and make a new purchase, but my order got cancelled for no good reason. This back-and-forth has just left me frustrated and unsure about the company's way of doing things. Their service and advertising have been pretty disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.
