$100 sweatshirt
I thought the sweatshirt was gonna be super cool based on the pics, but it ended up looking all boxy and too short after just two washes. I followed the rules and everything! I really wish I had read the reviews before dropping my hard-earned cash. Honestly, don't fall for all those glowing reviews that are just trying to deceive you into buying stuff that's not worth it at all.
Two item purchase
I recently bought two things from this company. Unfortunately, I had to send them both back, but only got a refund for one. I ended up losing money on a costly wool cardigan that was uncomfortable and bulky. Even though I got an email saying the second item would be refunded, it never happened. Dealing with customer service was terrible. They said the returned items went to the wrong warehouse, yet one of them still got refunded. It seems like there are some big problems with their operations that need fixing.
Online order
I recently made an online order and, ugh, had the same experience as the person who left a review before me. I placed my order a few weeks back and still haven't got any shipping confirmation. It's super frustrating to not hear anything and have my order take forever to process. I tried contacting customer service for help, but I haven't heard back from them either. As a customer, I want quick responses and updates on my orders, and so far that's been missing. I'm with the other reviewer - this is gonna be my first and final time ordering from this company.
My recent purchase
I just bought something from this place and it was a total bust. They couldn't even finish my order after making me wait a whole week. I was pretty bummed out when they told me they couldn't do it. Now I'm thinking twice about buying from them ever again.
Men's clothing items
I gotta say, y'know what? I agree with the other folks who've left reviews about the menswear here not being up to snuff. So, I read this article in a fancy magazine and thought, hey, let's give this brand a shot. Ended up buying a bunch of stuff. But, after wearing these clothes for a while, I've noticed that the quality just isn't there. The stitching is all messy, the fabric feels kinda cheap, and overall, the clothes don't hold up well after a couple wears and washes. It's a shame to see such a high price for stuff that's basically on par with fast fashion in terms of quality.
Overpriced low-quality clothing
I went to this store recently and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The clothes I bought were way too expensive and not even good quality. The customer service was basically non-existent, the staff was so dismissive and not helpful at all. I talked to Breanne, who didn't offer any solutions to my problem and just made me feel even more frustrated and ignored. I ended up canceling my order and asked them to never contact me again. I seriously recommend that people stay far away from this store.
Men's clothing
I just ordered some men's clothing from this company on December 31st, 2023, and honestly, it's been a total nightmare. I've been trying to get this sorted out through calls and chats with their customer service, but my order is still not sorted! They keep blaming it on some new warehouse in Boston causing delays from the old one in NJ, which just doesn't cut it for me. After all the back and forth, I've decided to just ask for a refund. It's really disappointing how they've been treating their customers. I won't be shopping with them again and will be looking for other men's clothing brands that actually care about their customers.
Purchased a shirt and pants
I had a really frustrating time dealing with this company. They made a mistake with my order, so I had to contact customer service and basically fix things on my own. The supervisor I talked to, Megan, was not very helpful and didn't act professionally. All in all, I was left feeling pretty disappointed with the service I received and don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Shirt purchase, not worth it
Don't bother buying here unless you want to deal with terrible service and struggle to get your money back. Honestly, you can find the same things somewhere else, take my word for it.
