Ink for wrong printer
I needed ink for my printer, so I figured TigerDirect would be a good place to get it. But when my order showed up, it was all messed up. Dealing with customer service was a total headache - they just kept putting me off about getting a refund. Trying to get my money back has been super annoying. I'm for sure not going to be buying from them again.
Cast out my cash.
I was so excited to get some new tech gear, so I went ahead and ordered online. I waited and waited, but never got any emails about my order. Finally, I checked my bank account and saw that they had taken my money without a word. After doing some investigation, I found out that my order had been mysteriously cancelled with no explanation or heads up. It seems like this kind of shady stuff happens all the time with this place - they take your money, don't deliver, and only refund you when they're caught red-handed. It's such a sneaky and unethical way to do business. Just a heads up - watch out if you're thinking of dealing with this company, or you might just find yourself in the same boat as me, with your cash stuck in limbo for no good reason.
Cancelled order
I can't believe my order got cancelled without even letting me know! I had to find out by checking the website myself. What kind of customer service is that? The lack of communication and consideration for me is just not right. If they had just sent me an email or called to explain, I would have been more understanding. But to have to figure it out on my own is frustrating. I'm really disappointed with this whole thing and I'll definitely reconsider ordering from them in the future.
MacBook and iPad purchase
There were some really good deals on Apple products, so I thought I'd treat myself to a MacBook and an iPad. But it all turned into a total disaster. I placed my order last Saturday, and then four days later, I got a message saying it was cancelled. Now I have no idea how long I'll have to wait to get my money back. This company is a total rip-off and I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them. It's just so disappointing that they lured me in with discounts only to hold onto my cash for weeks. Avoid this company at all costs!
Tablet
I just bought a tablet from this store and it was not a good experience. They cancelled my order without even telling me, which was really disappointing. It looks like this has happened to other people too, based on reviews I've read. It's sad to see a company that used to be reliable go downhill like this. I recommend being careful if you decide to shop here.
Cancelled order, no response
I just placed an order on this website and I was totally surprised when they cancelled it out of the blue without any reason. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but no one seemed to care. It really feels like they don't value their customers at all. I've decided to take my business elsewhere going forward.
Bought tablet that never arrived
So I ordered this tablet, right? I got an email saying it was on its way, but then I went online to check and it was cancelled! I tried calling customer service, but they never answered. So now I'm heading over to my credit card company to get my money back. Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
