TigerDirect - Reviews and experiences

I've been shopping at TigerDirect for a long time, but my most recent purchase left me disappointed. TigerDirect used to be a big competitor in the electronics market, but lately, they've been dropping the ball when it comes to reliable service for customers. Last weekend, I spotted what seemed like a great deal on a new tablet while browsing their website. I was pumped to make the purchase, so I quickly added it to my cart and went through the checkout process. But a few days later, I got an email saying there was a pricing error and they were refunding everyone. It was frustrating because I had passed up on another good deal at a different store just to shop at TigerDirect. Luckily, I didn't lose any money like some others did, but I was disappointed in their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. My recent experience has definitely made me question whether I can rely on TigerDirect in the future.

I just went to TigerDirect and honestly, I wasn't too impressed with their close-out electronics. They have a big warehouse and showroom, but I was hoping for better deals on close-out items. I was on the hunt for a new printer and computer, but after checking prices at other online stores, I realized I could find better bargains elsewhere. The staff was nice and gave me a hand, but the prices just didn't cut it for me. In the end, I decided to shop somewhere else.
