DeliveryI just bought a refurbished tower computer from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. The computer arrived just like they said it would, and any software problems were fixed in no time. TigerDirect passed the issue on to JoySystems, the vendor, who got in touch with a techie to sort out the Windows 10 glitch right away. Both TigerDirect and JoySystems were on the ball in fixing things up. My only gripe is that the delivery got held up by the US Postal Service, taking almost two weeks to get the disc to me. But hey, despite that hiccup, I'd definitely think about shopping with this store again down the line.
