I just bought something with my Visa at This Works. But then, a week later, I found out that someone tried to use my card for a big purchase. I thought maybe This Works got hacked, so I asked them about it. Even though they said their systems are safe, I got an email from customer service saying there was actually a security breach from September 5th to October 19th, 2017. Now I'm worried about my info when I shop online.

I recently bought the This Works In Transit Camera Close-Up after trying it from my M&S Advent Calendar and loving it. But the one I got from their website wasn't as good. The packaging seemed real, but it was missing that nice fresh scent of essential oils that I enjoyed from the one in my advent calendar. I contacted customer service, sent them photos and emails, but still haven't heard anything back. It's a bit disappointing.

Ella in Customer Service was amazing! She fixed a problem with my order super fast, even though it was totally my fault. It was my first time shopping online with this company, and I gotta say, I'm impressed. Still waiting on the deep sleep pillow spray, though. If it works like they say and helps me sleep better, I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Just wanted to share my recent experience with This Works. I ordered a gift but it got lost by the courier company, which was a bummer. I reached out to This Works and they were really quick to respond and super understanding. They knew it was a gift and needed right away, so they sent out a replacement with next day delivery. I was really impressed by their proactive and efficient customer service. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
