PriceI bought something online recently and I liked what I got. But I was frustrated to see extra customs fees on my bill. I paid almost as much in import costs as the product itself, which cost around EUR 30. When I asked customer service about this, they said EU customers now have to pay import costs like VAT, duties, and clearing fees. They suggested I check local rules and charges before ordering next time. The product was good, but the customer service wasn't great.
