I got this eye cream as a gift, and let me tell you, it was absolutely gross. When I opened it up, there was this disgusting smell and the cream itself was all brown and rancid. So, I contacted customer service to ask for a new one, but they said they couldn't help me without proof of purchase. Can you believe that? It's just not right for a company to sell such a terrible product and then not own up to it.
