Returns & RefundsI bought the stress ball from them, but it was broken. I had to go through a bunch of steps just to get my money back. They made me print something, pay for postage, and then wait weeks for a refund. Like, who even has a printer these days, right?

And when I tried to get my money back with their so-called guarantee, they wouldn't give it to me since I didn't buy straight from them. Total waste of cash and time.
