ProductI bought a new earbud from your website, but the left side wasn't working right. I chatted with customer service, and they said to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. But the manufacturer said you weren't an authorized seller, so now I'm stuck with a faulty product. It's frustrating not having a clear solution to this problem.
