Product support options misleading
Product support options misleading
CommunicationEh, so I got this thing, a disability that makes talking on the phone impossible, eh. So I gotta rely on online support, ya know? Anyway, I went to this website and they had this "live chat" option, but it was just plain text with no link. And I also tried emailing their support address a bunch of times over a few months, but I didn't hear back at all. It's frustrating, ya know, to see a customer support page that seems fake. Like, why don't they care about making things accessible for everyone? Finally, they replied to my email, but it wasn't helpful at all. They basically said they couldn't do anything without giving me any other options or help.
