Returns & RefundsI just made a huge order of skincare stuff from this shop. I did their skincare quiz, got all the things they suggested, and I was excited to try the omega water cream. But when my package arrived, I got two oat cleansing balms instead. I talked to their customer service team, who were awesome, and they quickly sent me the right product and told me to keep the extra balm. I ordered a complete skincare routine later on and now my skin looks amazing. It's all hydrated, glowing, and I feel good without makeup. Thanks for the amazing products!
