The Body Shop - Reviews and experiences

I just got some organic skincare stuff from this store. Ordering was easy peasy and there were lots of products to choose from. The customer service was great and they answered my questions about the ingredients. But man, the delivery took forever! It was later than they said it would be. The products are top-notch but they gotta work on their delivery.

I recently bought some skincare products from this store and my order ended up getting stuck with the courier for what felt like way too long. The body shop gave it to the courier on a specific date, but it never arrived. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times on live chat, but all they said was to just wait for more information. Not only did they not offer any assistance, but they also didn't even reply to my complaint on their website.

I ordered $75 worth of stuff online and waited for a whole week for some news about my order. The website said it should take 3-5 days for delivery, but after 7 days, my order was still being processed. When I reached out to customer service through live chat, they said they couldn't give me a specific time because they were swamped, which I found pretty irritating. I ended up asking for a refund because it was just a big waste of my time.

So, I bought my wife an Advent Calendar as a Christmas present. But here's the thing - it didn't arrive in time even though it was sent out right away. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me the order was lost, but couldn't really explain why. They did offer a refund, which I was grateful for, but the whole situation left my wife feeling let down and not very happy.
