CheckoutI recently made a purchase and I was really looking forward to getting my order quickly. But when I got the package, I ran into some problems. The money was taken from my account, but the confirmation email didn't have the order number. And when I opened the package, the actual order wasn't in there. I sent an email to customer service and they said they would look into it and get back to me. But unfortunately, no one got in touch with me to fix the situation.
