CommunicationOh dude, I got these new clothes and they were amazing, but then there was a bit of a problem. I filled out this online form thing and sent in some pics to show what was up. They got back to me right on time, which was pretty awesome. They asked for a few more pics and then boom! They said they'd send me a replacement! I was totally caught off guard, but it's seriously the best. The communication was so good and I'm just really happy with how everything worked out. Thanks a bunch, thanks a bunch, thanks a bunch! xx
