Before I bought the NVR system cameras, I did a bunch of research on the company's customer service and how quick they are at getting back to you, plus if you can actually talk to a real person on the phone. This company was super quick to respond, unlike others who only have email support. Having good customer service like this is super important when you need help.

My experience with the security system I bought was really frustrating. I put a lot of money into getting it and setting it up, but then the NVR's motherboard gave out after only two years. I tried reaching out to the company in different ways, but I didn't get a good answer about getting it fixed. They just wanted me to buy a new one with a small discount. I was not happy with the quality of the product or how they treated me as a customer.

I just downloaded the new app and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with how it works compared to the old one. The Swann app displays activity in a more detailed way, which makes it so much easier for me to keep an eye on things. I did have some trouble at first getting the app to work right, but I called for help and they sorted it out quickly. I'm happy with how smoothly the app is running now and how it keeps track of all the activity.
