Returns & RefundsI had to deal with a busted camera that needed fixing, and lemme tell ya, it was a total nightmare. It was just after the warranty expired, but Swann still replaced it for me. But the trouble came when I tried to reconnect to see the camera on my phone. It was a real pain trying to figure it out, but eventually, I got it up and running again. Gotta say, Swann's customer service team was top-notch. They were super helpful, knew their stuff, and surprisingly nice.
