Was bummed at first, but refund arrived fast — actually pleasantly surprised, honestly

don't order — delivery failed and refund denied. First saw it when a friend tipped me. Ordered Sep 7; by Sep 26 nothing had arrived, tracking showed 'we are expecting it' so Royal Mail didn't have parcel. Asked to cancel and get a refund; Stylevana rejected and said delivery might be 30 days. Not great.

I was unpacking boxes at midnight and noticed a lumbar cushion was torn. I’d paid over €80 — needed the stuff for my bad lower back after a move — so that annoyed me. I sent photos and followed their policy that says they resend damaged items. At first they only offered store credit, not enough to buy the same piece back without adding more to hit free shipping. After a couple follow-ups they reshipped the cushion, so fine in the end.

I was in Spain. So I asked for a refund on Aug 10. After some back-and-forth, a few firm messages and one mildly dramatic "please sort this", they finally refunded me. That moment — seeing the money back in my account — was weirdly satisfying, like finishing a puzzle. Not a smooth ride, not by a long shot, but at least the money returned and I could reorder elsewhere. Would’ve preferred quicker delivery, but hey, lesson learned.

I first saw them in a local FB group and tried. Their site let me order an out‑of‑stock item, and I had to chase them up — that annoyed me. After a week they said part of my order was delayed 2–3 weeks, so I asked for a cancel and refund. I’d told my brother about them, so that felt awkward. I nudged once; they refunded next day and sent a short note explaining the stock problem. That quick refund is when I felt satisfied.

$262.42. The rest — $437.64 — never showed up. They said it was refunded earlier, on Sept 12. I checked PayPal and my bank. Nothing. I even called the bank; they confirmed no refund. I asked the company for proof — transaction ID, screenshot, anything. Nothing helpful came back. So I filed a dispute with my bank for the missing amount. I’m not angry in drama terms. I’m practical and annoyed. Some parts were handled without fuss, like the partial refund, but the communication and the missing money left me unsettled. If you’re sensitive about merchant transparency, be careful here. I would have preferred a straight, verifiable refund and clearer answers.

Please do not order. They never reply to emails or messages. It's been months since I placed my order and there are no updates about it, although I even asked for it to be cancelled and money returned. This is a chinese company pretending to sell Korean skin care. please don't order. take your money and order from somewhere else even if that would be more expansive.
