CommunicationThis is a terrible company to order from. Their website doesn't accurately display their inventory so be prepared to wait for weeks and have to send multiple emails to a very unresponsive customer service. There are many, many better companies that sell beauty products.

Issue Detail:
The order was delivered to my home by 05/01/2025. but 2 items were damaged by the shipping which I found when I opened the box. I already attached the pictures as evidence, not sure why you need those info. Anyway, I will provide it ad you request even I don't know what the purpose.

CommunicationI recently bought something online with express shipping, hoping I'd get it real quick. Unfortunately, my experience with Stylevana was pretty disappointing. I spent a good chunk of money, but my order has been stuck in that 'processing' stage forever it seems. I tried contacting customer support, but no one got back to me at all. The lack of communication and transparency is making me super frustrated and wishing I hadn't bought from them. I'm starting to think my order will never show up, and next time I'll definitely think twice before shopping with them again.
