A tiny piece of advice if you’re tempted: take screenshots of every tracking update, keep dates handy, push for a ticket number right away, and don’t assume silence means things are moving. Would I recommend this? Not without big caveats. I’m telling this like a friend: go in cautious, and if you decide to try them, be ready to fight for answers. I’m still a bit frustrated, still a bit hopeful they somehow fix things, but for now I’d say manage expectations and document everything.

Although their website says “CA,” I mistakenly thought it was a Canadian skincare web. The products might be authentic, but their customer service is truly disappointing.
I placed an order in April and still haven’t received it. After months of back and forth, they claimed the delivery was completed—even though the package was clearly delivered to the wrong address (the delivery photo shows a house that’s not mine).
Instead of taking responsibility or offering a refund, they gave me a coupon full of restrictions—many items excluded, shipping not included.
This was my first time ordering from them, and definitely the last.
