I had such a hard time trying to update my cart on this website! The cart button wouldn't work properly, I couldn't scroll, or select anything. I had to keep refreshing the page over and over until it finally started working. It was so frustrating, I almost gave up and went to a different store. Sometimes the shipping is really slow too, they should definitely give a heads up if there will be a big delay with my order. But, the prices are good and there's a lot of items to choose from. I did end up receiving my order, even though it took about 2 months!

I was really happy with the different brands they had on Stylevana and I found everything I needed all in one spot, which was super convenient. But one thing that kind of bugged me was how they sold combination items. They had sunscreen sets, but the prices weren't any cheaper, so what's the point in getting them together? The big problem for me was when they asked for a pic of my credit card with personal info like my name, birthday, and address. It felt like they were invading my privacy, and I've never had to do that for any other online store. It made me doubt if the site was legit at first, and that's not a good feeling as a customer. It would definitely be better if they had a different way to verify stuff without needing all that sensitive info.

The website was so easy to use, I found the products I wanted no problem. They had a ton of face masks and skincare stuff at awesome prices. I heard some people didn't love it, but I took a chance and placed my order. Checking out was smooth and I had a good time shopping on the site. Fingers crossed my order gets here fast and on schedule.
