Oh my goodness, I really wish someone had warned me not to get the Hyperlift temporary eye tightener! I used it only twice before the pump stopped working! And when I reached out to customer service, it felt like they were nowhere to be found! I swear, I won't be buying from that company again. Such a waste of money, honestly.

I got the wrong stuff in my order from this company and I'm so annoyed with how bad their customer service is. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back in over a week. They say they have a phone number for customer service, but when you call, it just tells you to email them because they're too busy. I've spent over £100 on stuff I didn't even want and can't seem to get any help fixing the problem.

I bought some skincare products from this brand and they really let me down in the customer service department. I sent them a bunch of emails about my order, but didn't hear back at all. They said they would send a text to confirm, but that never came through. I had to cancel my order because of the radio silence and I'm super annoyed because I couldn't even get in touch with them. Now my credit card is showing charges that haven't gone through and I'm feeling pretty stuck.

I've tried getting in touch with this company a few times now, and let me tell you, it's been a real headache. Every time I call, it's some robot on the other end of the line. And even when I leave messages like they tell me to, I never hear back. I even reached out for help because two of their eye products didn't agree with me, but again, no luck. Their customer service is just plain terrible, and I don't trust their products one bit. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company.
