CommunicationSo, I bought something online from this company and honestly, it was not a great experience. I placed my order but didn't get a confirmation email, so I had no idea what was up with my purchase. I sent an email to their customer service, looking for answers, but no one got back to me. Tried calling them but the number didn't work, so I couldn't even talk to someone. This whole lack of communication and support has really made me question if this company is reliable and professional. Now I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't even bother trying their product.
