DeliveryLast Christmas, I ordered some stuff and I got an email saying it was delivered but I didn't see it anywhere. I called a number in the States from the UK and they were nice and said they'd give me my money back. But guess what? The next day my neighbor brought the package and hadn't told me, so I called StriVectin and they had already given me my money back but said I could keep the stuff. How cool is that? I used the cream on my face and neck and didn't think it was doing anything, but then I stopped using it and I noticed my skin started sagging. So, now I'm ordering more and actually seeing the improvements. Yay!

DeliveryI had a terrible experience with my purchase from your company. I spent a lot of money on products and I haven't got them yet. I tried to get some help but I never heard back from anyone. This lack of communication and customer service is not right.
