Returns & RefundsI just bought this product not long ago and was pretty happy with how it worked at first. But, the pump on the last bottle I got doesn't even work. I tried to take it back to the store but they wouldn't accept it. I also reached out to the company but they couldn't help me either. It's frustrating to drop over $70 on something I can't even use. I even sent them pictures of the container with the date and product codes, but they kept asking for a receipt, which I think is kinda silly.

Returns & RefundsSo, I bought this neck cream not too long ago and man, did it mess up my skin real bad! I did what the website said to do for returns, but when I entered my order number, it wouldn't go through. I tried calling their customer service, which supposedly was in Manchester, UK, but turns out that number was a dud. So, I shot them an email, asking for some help, but no response at all. Totally bummed out about the whole deal, you know? Really ticks me off that this company doesn't seem to care at all!
