I was a bit hesitant to order — had been burned by slow retailers before — but they had the exact model on sale and sent tracking. Delivery was smooth and they checked in after it arrived. Small quibble about the packaging though.

started out as a mess, ended up OK — chair finally showed up and actually fits my WFH setup. I paid for delivery expecting late-December arrival but there was radio silence for weeks, no carrier updates, support was slow (had to ping them a few times). When it did arrive it was a bit scuffed but sturdy and comfortable for daily use. Still annoyed by the lack of communication.

I ordered a Sleepi late December because we wanted a snug, safer sleep space for our newborn and honestly because my back can't handle awkward nights on the couch. A mattress protector and sheet arrived, nice enough, but the cot and mattress never shipped. I filled the contact form and heard nothing back — no phone number either, which is annoying. I'm heading out of the country until Feb 9 and asked them to hold shipment until I return to Portugal; fingers crossed they do it. I'm glad some pieces arrived and it looks nice, but communication needs work.
